Modern Whisk Cookies (formerly Cookiette), is a home-based cottage bakery licensed by the County of Los Angeles, #LA19C21030 . That means we are re-certified every year and go through food safety training and certification according to county and state regulations.

Detailed List of Ingredients.
Cookies contain allergens: Wheat, dairy, eggs. I do not use nuts nor do I use my baking equipment for nuts, but that doesn’t mean the manufacturers or stores I work with are nut-free environments. What I do use are premium ingredients. I rely on top brands for my cookies including King Arthur Flour, always, and Swans Down Cake Flour; Land O’Lakes or Challenge Butter, Organic eggs, Nielsen Massey and La Vencedora Vanillas; Philly Cream Cheese; C&H Sugar. I’ve tried generic brands, they aren’t the same. -
Cookies aren’t just laying about waiting to go out the door, they are an on-demand type item. Because MWC is not a retail bakery with staff, we need time to create and deliver. We also get booked up fast. 6 weeks is the core requirement, but contact me and we’ll see what’s doable. What’s NEVER doable is less than 2 weeks, unless you’re grabbing holiday boxed cookies that are ready to go.
